Why is Chlorophyll so Good for You?

Why Vegetables? Why Green?

We all know that freshly pressed juice is good for us, and that carefully prepared supplements are the next-best thing if we can’t get a regular supply of the juice. Most of us like the taste of fruit juice of all kinds, but to be honest, green juices are an acquired taste.

You can try mixing them to make them more palatable, but often if you know just how good they are for you somehow the taste doesn’t matter so much any more.

Chlorophyll: That Special Something

Chlorophyll is that special something that makes green juice so very beneficial to the human body.

First, it is a cleansing, purifying agent. It stimulates the bowels and can help amazingly if you suffer from odor due to congestion within the body. All the various kinds of body odor respond to chlorophyll due to its powerful detoxifying action.

Chlorophyll is one many natural substances that has been found to be effective against high blood pressure.

Second, it is a powerful blood strengthener. That may surprise you, but did you know that chemically, chlorophyll is similar in composition to hemoglobin? As a result the body can more-or-less slot it right in so that with very little energy it can make your blood much stronger.

A Shot of Energy

But overwhelmingly, the main reason people stick to their intake of chlorophyll once they get going, is a sense of wellbeing and greatly increased energy levels.

Those energy levels are undoubtedly partly to do with the detoxification. But chlorophyll’s effect on the blood is major.

See the amazing similarities between chlorophyll and human blood!

Chlorophyll has health-giving properties far in excess of what you’d expect due to the almost identical structure of the chlorophyll molecule to hemin, the pigment component of the hemoglobin molecule. Hemoglobin molecules carry oxygen around the body. Chlorophyll also stimulates the part of the bone marrow that produces hemoglobin.

Sadly, most of us just can’t fit regular juicing into our busy schedules. So the next-best thing is to purchase a reliable product that will give you your daily shot of chlorophyll. Stay tuned because those products will be up on our site very soon.

Gary Null got me started on chlorophyll but I slacked off during the winter because the dandelions and Queen Ann's Lace stop growing in cold weather. But I've read that pine needles and the leaves from Hawthorne trees are maybe just as good. I put a handful in the blender with some apple juice and a banana and maybe a half of a carrot and drink it all, fiber included. Reading the information you have supplied has got me all excited again. I'm 82 and am also meditating and working on self hypnosis as well as other healing methods. Thanks for caring about us.
  • I wonder if all this energy in plants can be transformed to be used as electricity. After all the solar panels are designed to do the same thing

Hi, I've recently started taking "Alpha Sun" and "Stem Plex", which is a product that contains blue-green algae...and thus offers one a means of consuming chlorophyll at its best. This is the original food mankind ate, at the begining of time, and should still be eating - not the fast foods eaten today.
Have you heard of www.SimplexityHealth.com ?
  • Shakeology has chlorophyll... in the wheatgrass and spirulina that it contains :)
